These Terms & Conditions comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and Trading Standards / CMA fairness guidance.

  1. Prices & VAT

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). The total price payable is confirmed at the time of booking.

The price of your holiday is based on the prices available at the time of booking and cannot be amended at a later date, if we have reduced the prices due to a promotional offer.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. Where this occurs, you will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and given the option to reconfirm your booking at the correct price or receive a full refund.

It is possible that in some circumstances accommodation, entertainment or a facility may have to be temporarily withdrawn due to maintenance, renovation, adverse weather conditions, changes in legislation, or any other factor outside our control. We reserve the right to make such alterations in the above circumstances without prior notice and are unable to accept liability for the loss of an advertised facility, or to pay compensation for any inconvenience caused. Should changes occur from the services advertised on the website we will advise of these changes, prior to booking and at booking and will use reasonable endeavours to advise guests already booked of any changes made after their booking and before their holiday commences.

  1. Accommodation & Facilities

Your booking is made based on the information available at the time of booking.

Occasionally, it may be necessary to alter or withdraw accommodation, facilities, or services due to maintenance, emergency repairs, adverse weather, changes in legislation, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a significant change is required before arrival, we will notify you promptly and offer suitable alternatives or a full refund. Minor changes that do not materially affect your stay do not give rise to a right to cancel or claim compensation.

  1. Problems During Your Stay

If you experience any issue with your accommodation, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible so we can investigate and resolve the matter.

  1. Location

Marine Holiday Park is located 5 mins drive from the coast. While reasonable standards of cleanliness and maintenance are upheld, insects wildlife and seagulls may occasionally be present. This is a normal feature of holiday park locations and does not constitute a defect.

  1. Maximum Occupancy

Our accommodation can sleep a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 10 depending on the chosen accommodation. If an accommodation shows it sleeps 4 this is the maximum number of persons that can accommodate the property this includes adult’s children and infants. This limit is set for health, safety, and insurance purposes and must not be exceeded.

  1. Secure Pre Authorisation

A Secure pre-authorisation will be taken on a debit or credit card at or prior to check-in.

£100.00 All holiday homes

£250.00 All luxury lodges

This is not a charge, but a temporary hold to cover damage, loss, or excessive cleaning beyond normal use.

  • No deductions will be made for fair wear and tear
  • Any deductions will be reasonable, proportionate, and supported by evidence
  • You will be notified of any deductions made

The pre-authorisation will be released following departure, subject to inspection. Depending on your card provider, funds may take up to 10 working days to return.

  1. Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted at Marine Holiday Park.

If a pet is brought onto the premises without prior written consent, this will constitute a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate the stay early and retain an amount from the security pre-authorisation proportionate to the reasonable costs incurred.

  1. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.

If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, a reasonable deduction will be made from the security pre-authorisation to cover cleaning, deodorising, or damage costs, supported by evidence where applicable.

  1. Electric Vehicles

There are currently 4 electric vehicle charging facilities on site. Charging vehicles from the property’s electrical supply is not permitted.

  1. Changes to Your Booking by You

Please check your booking confirmation and notify us of any errors within 24 hours.

Requests for changes must be made in writing by the lead booker:

  • Changes requested more than 8 weeks before arrival are not permitted
  • Changes requested within 8 weeks of arrival will be treated as a cancellation

Bookings cannot be transferred to another date.

  1. Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel, written notice must be provided as soon as possible. The cancellation date is the date we receive written notification.

  1. Cancellation or Changes by Us

If we need to cancel your booking, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • An alternative stay of equivalent value (subject to availability)

If a major change occurs, you may accept the change or cancel for a full refund.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations were caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, industrial action, government restrictions, or utility failures.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

Subject to this, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English and Welsh law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  • Secure pre-authorisation taken at check in
  • Maximum Occupancy: 1-10 guests (including infants) pending your chosen accommodation
  • Complex passes are included as part of your reservation (please see website for peak/off peak entertainment guide)
  • The cost of your stay includes parking for up to 2 vehicles (extra charges apply for each additional vehicle £15)
  • Pets: Not permitted
  • Smoking/Vaping: Not permitted indoors
  • Campervans, motorhomes, vans, electric scooters are not permitted
  • EV Charging: A total of 4 charging points are available on site on a first come first served basis

Some of our accommodation may be unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties due to their location and access arrangements. Please review the information below carefully before booking:

  • Cliff Top Lodge – Access involves a slope and several steps leading to the entrance.
  • Gwrych Lodge – Access involves a slope and several steps leading to the entrance.
  • Hillside Lodge – Due to its elevated position and views, access involves several steps and may be unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
  • Sunrise View Lodge – Access involves a sloped approach leading to the entrance.

If you have specific mobility requirements or concerns, we strongly recommend contacting us before booking so we can advise on suitability and help you choose the most appropriate accommodation.

  1. Problems During Your Stay

If you experience any issue with your accommodation, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible so we can investigate and resolve the matter.

  1. Dog-Friendly Accommodation Policy

Dog-friendly accommodation is available in the following accommodation grades:

  • Elwy
  • Gwrych Lodge
  • Hillside Lodge
  • Snowdonia Lodge

Only dogs are permitted, and only where expressly stated as dog-friendly.
No other animals are allowed in our accommodation under any circumstances.

This includes (but is not limited to) cats, birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic animals.

A maximum of two (2) dogs is permitted per booking.

Dogs must be always kept on a lead within the park grounds and must not be left unattended in the accommodation under any circumstances.

Any breach of this policy may result in additional cleaning charges or early termination of the stay, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

  1. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.

There are currently 2 electric vehicle charging facilities on site. Charging vehicles from the property’s electrical supply is not permitted.

  • Harbour View Lodge
